For years now I’ve been looking for the perfect app to use with my writing – somewhere to keep all the information I need when writing a book. I think I’ve finally found it with Fortelling and I think I’m in love.

All writers have their own method for keeping their story straight in their head – at least, I suspect they do. For me, I’ve always coveted an app that didn’t need a pilot’s license to operate, but would let me keep all the minutiae of book writing in one place. Character bios, photo inspiration, timelines, chapter planning, notes, ideas; these and more are the things I’ve wanted in the one package and Fortelling is providing me with a goodly portion of my wishlist.

Best of all, I’ve found that thanks to the ability to write in the app and use the inbuilt writing goal tracker, I’m much more focused on my writing and meeting my goals every day, with the added bonus of having access to my writing from my phone, tablet and PC.

At long last I think I’ve found the perfect writing app for me – and I couldn’t be happier!
